Finding My TrueNorth

For years, I’ve been on and off with my fitness routine. I’d make progress, then life would get busy, and the workouts and healthy eating would slip away. The truth is, I wasn’t just losing physical strength during those gaps — I was losing momentum, clarity, and even a little of the man I wanted to be.

In 2025, I made a decision: no more drifting. I needed something bigger than just “getting back in shape.” I needed a mission — something that would push me, guide me, and keep me accountable, not just for myself, but for my wife, my future kids, and the people around me.

That’s how TrueNorth was born.

TrueNorth is more than a workout plan. It’s about becoming whole — strong in body, sharp in mind, steadfast in spirit. It’s about living with discipline when motivation fades, showing resilience in the face of life's challenges, and carrying yourself with integrity in every situation.

Our four pillars guide everything we do:
